The global retailer hired Bob DeRodes as ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã to replace Beth Jacobs, who resigned in early March after the massive data breach in January. DeRodes, a long time advisor for the U.S Department of Homeland Security, Secretary of Defense, and the Justice Department, previously founded DeRodes Enterpirses, LLC in 2010. Prior to that, he worked at First Data Corp. as EVP of global operations and technology and served as ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã of Home Depot Inc. joined drug store chain Rite Aid as SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã reporting to Frank Vitrano, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer. Lynch succeeds Don Davis, who retired from the company after 14 years of service. Most recently, Lynch served as SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã for DICK’S Sporting Goods and prior to joining that held various executive IT roles at ShopKo Stores Operating Co., LLC, a regional retailer based in Green Bay, Wisc. PetSmart, Inc. named Michael Goodwin as SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã, effective June 2. Goodwin spent the last 20 years at Hallmark and held positions of increasing responsibility since culminating with his promotion to SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã in 2006. Prior to joining Hallmark Cards, Goodwin served as an officer in the United States Army. Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) appointed as its ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã in April. Most recently, Darby served as the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã of the Northeast Region for Tenet Healthcare, overseeing nine acute care hospitals as well as nearly 100 ancillary locations. Prior to Tenet, Darby was the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã and VP of Information Solutions for Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, the patient safety and medical malpractice company owned by and serving the Harvard medical community. Baptist Health appointed as ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã responsible for leading and developing IT structures across the system. Previously, David served as Chief Medical Information Officer to develop a system-wide electronic personal health record. Prior to that, Bensema spent 16 years in private practice in Lexington before he joined the Baptist system in 2006 as executive director of physician services for Central Baptist Hospital, now Baptist Health Lexington. WestJet announced the appointment of to EVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã, effective June 2. Rocky Wiggins joins WestJet from Minnesota-based Sun Country Airlines, where he has been ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã since 2012. Prior, he was SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã at AirTran Airways and VP of Delivery Management at Sabre Airline Solutions. He also held various positions over a 20-year career with US Airways. INC Research, a global Phase I to IV clinical research organization, promoted Jonathan Shough to ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. Shough previously served as INC Research’s VP of IT Operations, leading its worldwide infrastructure and telecommunications network systems, and Executive Director of IT Client Development. He is also the former president of the North Carolina Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and served as a member of the technical advisory board for Cisco Systems. Jay Leader has accepted the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã role at Rocket Software, a developer of software products. He joins the company from Rapid7, an IT security data & analytic solutions provider, where he was ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã since 2012. Before Rapid7, he was also ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã at robot designer iRobot since 2008.
