Joseph DeTullio and David Guzman Move Back into ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã Role

has moved back into the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã role after serving as CEO of a royalty processing services company. IMG, a media and entertainment conglomerate, announced today that it had hired DeTullio as its new ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. DeTullio reports to IMG’s chief financial and administrative officer, Terri Santisi. The ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã most recently served as CEO of EquaTrax, a joint venture formed by Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Exigen Group. Prior to EquaTrax, DeTullio held ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã positions at Universal Music Group and The Seagram Company.

David Guzman has also returned to the ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã role after a two year stint outside of IT management. Accretive Commerce, a provider of e-commerce, customer service, fulfillment and logistics services, hired Guzman as its EVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. Most recently, he served as IT research firm Yankee Group’s chief research officer, a position to which he was appointed in 2005. Prior to Yankee Group, Guzman was ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã of Owens & Minor, a healthcare supplies and equipment distributor. He previously held IT management positions with Alcoa, Office Depot, Federated Department Stores and Kmart. In 2004, Guzman wrote a for ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã about his experience with the digital divide.

named one of its advisors as its new SVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. Andrew Walsh had been serving on the Kirkland, Wash.-based company’s board of advisors since May 2006. Walsh helped the company develop a plan for integrating information with its customers, vendor partners and between its various locations and functions. Improving and streamlining the flow of information “from where it is created to where it is needed” is a key priority for Paint Sundries Solutions, according to the press release announcing Walsh’s hire. Walsh previously served as president of D.F. Marks Company. Previously, he was a senior analyst for Clarkston Consulting in Durham, NC, and vice president of client services for Resolute Inc. in Bellevue, WA.

Business process outsourcing services provider appointed Douglas Pontious as ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. StarTek hired him for his 20 years of experience managing a variety of call center, CRM and IT initiatives. Pontious most recently served as outsourced call center services provider Sitel Corp.’s global CTO. Before moving into that position, Pontious was president of Sitel’s General Motors business unit. He also previoulsy worked for Ford as its manager of global

systems architecture.
