Government Health IT that Theresa Cullen began her new job with the as its ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã today.  Cullen most recently served as a medical informatics consultant with the Indian Health Service’s Office of Information Technology. 

Drug Industry Daily reports today that Fred Farmer, acting ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (), is leaving his post on July 22.  The daily notes that Farmer’s resignation comes at a time of big challenges for the agency, including new regulations and a changing mission.  When Farmer leaves, Kathleen Heuer, the FDA’s CFO and associate commissioner for management, will serve as acting ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã until a replacement is found.

Rodney Overby was promoted to EVP and ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã at on July 1.  He most recently served as vice president and director of data processing, a position he’s held since he joined the bank in 2001.
