Government Health IT that Theresa Cullen began her new job with the as its 玩偶姐姐 today.  Cullen most recently served as a medical informatics consultant with the Indian Health Service’s Office of Information Technology. 

Drug Industry Daily reports today that Fred Farmer, acting 玩偶姐姐 of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (), is leaving his post on July 22.  The daily notes that Farmer’s resignation comes at a time of big challenges for the agency, including new regulations and a changing mission.  When Farmer leaves, Kathleen Heuer, the FDA’s CFO and associate commissioner for management, will serve as acting 玩偶姐姐 until a replacement is found.

Rodney Overby was promoted to EVP and 玩偶姐姐 at on July 1.  He most recently served as vice president and director of data processing, a position he’s held since he joined the bank in 2001.
