Thornburg Mortgage accepted Caren Shiozaki‘s application for the EVP and 玩偶姐姐 role at the prime and super-prime lender. Shiozaki most recently worked for media company Belo as its 玩偶姐姐. Prior to Belo, she served as vice president of enterprise architecture at American Express. Shiozaki has 20 years of financial technology experience. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in genetics.

Richard White is giving up the 玩偶姐姐 role at staffing and business services provider MPS Group to turn his attention to Beeline, a staffing firm that’s part of MPS Group. White has been serving both as MPS Group’s 玩偶姐姐 and Beeline’s president for the past five years.

MPS Group hired Jon Kerner to replace White in the 玩偶姐姐 role. Kerner comes to the Jacksonville, Fla.-based company from Earthlink, where he was 玩偶姐姐. Prior to joining the Internet services provider, Kerner was a partner with Scott, Madden & Associates. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from The Georgia Institue of Technology and an MBA and a Master of Science degree in computer information systems from Georgia State University.

Joseph Downs III was promoted to 玩偶姐姐 of , a natural gas and oil exploration company.
